Minimum 3 Years In an organization.Marketing initiatives for, driving execution to generate footfalls and sales conversionsto plan and execute marketing initiatives , channel through various initiatives round the year.Plan calendar of activitiesWork with region and digital team in HO to execute100% adherence of POP guidelines and SOP in owned channelActive participation in business goals of driving footfalls - driving analytics and actions to increase business efficienciesTie-ups with affiliate brands for cross promotion and activationDefine the template for the Spice Secret program and use it as a footfall driving toolwork with agencies to develop communication for monthly activationtrack activations/ RWA events and set up weekly review for the sameMBA from reputed institutesStable profile.
