Job Summary:



The Assistant Manager will be responsible for coordinating on-site operational activities related to door-to-door waste collection operations in Goa. The role involves preparing and maintaining operational reports, ensure daily field activities, lead the local workforce, ensure high-quality service delivery, and support community engagement and business development efforts. The ideal candidate should possess a hands-on attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic field environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in coordinating daily field operations for door-to-door waste collection and ensure timely task execution.

Supervise on-site activities, monitor field staff performance, and report operational updates to the Manager.

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including manpower deployment, route coverage, and service performance.

Communicate operational plans, schedules, and instructions to field teams and ensure alignment with service standards.

Monitor the usage and maintenance of vehicles, tools, and equipment, and escalate issues as needed.

Liaise with municipal officials, vendors, and local stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and issue resolution.

Document and escalate community complaints and assist in implementing corrective measures.

Maintain and oversee the complaint register at site, ensuring timely logging and resolution of operational issues.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines at all operational sites.

Participate in field assessments, audits, and reviews as directed by the Manager.

Support implementation of operational improvements based on field observations and data analysis.

Schedule and manage vehicle deployment using the designated app and dashboard, ensuring timely and efficient operations.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Waste Management, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

2-5 years of experience in field operations, preferably in waste management or similar sectors.

Experience in coordinating with field teams and stakeholder.

Familiarity with local geography and municipal processes

Proficiency in MS Office tools and digital reporting systems

Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as required

Flexibility to work early morning shifts or weekends as required by field operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
