Roles and Responsibilities

The Operations personnel will be required for the following key activities :

a. Strong Accounting and Taxation knowledge

b. Basic Domain Understanding on Financial Instruments & Markets and regulations impacting Financial Markets;

c. Strong numerical skills and analytical abilities;

d. High level of process orientation;

e. Eye for Detail

f. Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills;

Requirements

Chartered Accountant / Graduate with good knowledge on accounting and basic understanding of Capital Markets

Activities :

• \xc2\xb7 NAV verification and coordination with Concurrent Auditor
• \xc2\xb7 Total Expense ratio monitoring and expense change processing
• \xc2\xb7 Vendor payments
• \xc2\xb7 Spillover report and review
• \xc2\xb7 Fund Accountant and Auditor co-ordination
• \xc2\xb7 Review of Financial Statements
• \xc2\xb7 Preparing Trust Accounts and getting Audited( Annually)
• \xc2\xb7 Compliance with AMFI and SEBI Circulars
• \xc2\xb7 Various Regulatory and Internal reporting
• \xc2\xb7 Valuation Policy & valuations & valuation Committee coordination
• \xc2\xb7 Fund of Fund TER Monitoring
• Tax payments and Returns filing

Functional and Behavioral Skills

• Strong Accounting knowledge and basic understanding of Capital markets
• \xc2\xb7 Good Analytical skill and expert knowledge in Excel
• \xc2\xb7 Good Communication and Team management skill
• Good at Time Management
• Total years of Experience: CA Fresher or Graduate with minimum 1-2 years of Work experience, primarily in Mutual Fund operations / Insurance/ Alternatives/Hedge Fund / Audit fir

Eligibility Criteria

• AMIN employees will be eligible to apply to this role after completion of 12 months in the current role/position at the time of application on level transfer and/or promotion.
• Entity Employees (not from AMIN) to be guided by their internal policy on tenure completion in current role at the time of application before applying and share line manager approval once shortlisted.
