Job Summary :

The Finance Analyst- Debt Syndication will be responsible for assisting in structuring, executing, and syndicating debt transactions for corporate clients. The role involves liaising with financial institutions, preparing credit analysis, and managing client relationships to ensure successful debt placements.

Core Responsibilities in Debt Syndication :

1. Loan Structuring :

Help design the loan structure (amount, tenure, interest rate, repayment schedule) Decide whether it's a term loan, working capital loan, project finance, or bridge loan Match borrower needs with lender risk appetite CMA Reports

2. Preparing Credit Documents :

Create Information Memorandums (IMs) for lenders Assist in preparing loan agreements Coordinate with legal teams and compliance departments

3. Bank & Lender Coordination :

Contact banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and funds Share deal details and answer lender queries Arrange meetings, calls, and negotiations between borrower and lenders

4. Credit Analysis & Financial Modeling :

Analyze borrower financials (balance sheet, cash flows, ratios) Assess debt servicing capacity Support risk assessment for lenders

Core Skills Requirements :

Must has experience of handling banking and Preparation of CMA data, Projected Cash Flow Strong communication & negotiation skills Financial analysis & accounting knowledge Documentation & coordination ability

Education :

Semi Qualified CA or equivalent qualification.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
