Manage daily shift operations, ensuring smooth service.
Handle cash, POS systems, and daily financial records.
Ensure cleanliness, maintenance of equipment, and compliance with health/safety standards.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock/inventory levels (ordering, rotation, minimizing waste).
Deputize for the Cafe Manager in their absence, taking full responsibility.
Contribute to new menu development, promotions, and pricing strategies.
Help meet sales targets and control costs (labor, supplies).
Knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment, and food safety.
Experience in food service/retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
