Job Description
Job Overview
To assist in managing all travel aspects of TATA SIA Employees, Crew at the corporate office and all Airports. Help manage Hotel bookings, Visa processing for operating / training crew and for other employees. This role also requires understanding of MIS/ invoice checking and processing and thorough knowledge of Travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Hotel vendor agreements and timely renewals
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end Travel arrangements (domestic and International)
- Manage Crew Layover arrangements across Network
- Negotiations with Hotels, and on-boarding of new hotel for services
- Air Ticketing with Other airlines
- Travel MIS with cost analysis
- VISA processing via agents, and Hotel Bookings
- Overseeing all travel plans and travel arrangements
- Implementing the right plans to cover crises, security, and risk management while maintaining a duty of care
- Execute, direct, coordinate and manage all travel matters within the organization, including, managing of budget, Invoice checking and processing, MIS and other reports
- Ability to train, motivate and guide a team
- Strong supervisory skills with leadership acumen is required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are must
- Basic Knowledge of MS (Word, Excel)
- Preferably 8-10 years of Industry experience with knowledge of Travel portfolio.
- Graduate from a recognized university
- Gurgaon
