Why You Will Love this Job

:

Support Global Fleet Program RFP (1200+ fleet vehicles, 19 different vendors, 20 different countries across the globe). Coordinate with the company's fleet provider across the globe to arrange for the purchase or replacement of vehicles for associates Review and approve regular maintenance on all vehicles Review and approve urgent or emergency repairs as needed Efficiently manage vehicle dispositions with the fleet provider and the associates Oversee Fuel Card utilization and administration Oversee vehicle licensure and registration Providing reports on management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance, and fleet progress Coordinate with the Director of Facilities to identify methods to decrease cost, improve safety and improve efficiency Coordinate with HR for new associate vehicle needs Coordinate with Finance and AP to assure fleet invoices are paid in a timely manner Understanding of basic vehicle mechanics, including the ability to identify discrepancies in repair costs and timelines
