Responsibilities
As the Senior Analyst - Financial Systems, you will:

• Analyze, design, and enhance financial systems to ensure effective alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial systems support various business workflows.
• Monitor and enhance key financial reports and analytical tools.
• Provide insights and recommendations on financial system improvements.
• Develop, document, and maintain processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve financial systems issues while implementing industry best practices.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and finance teams to ensure seamless communication and understanding.
• Support training sessions for business users on financial applications and tools.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in financial systems and business finance.
• Education: Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in financial software systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in financial systems tools like ERP, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
