BRIEF PROFILE AND WORK EXPECTATIONS FROM THE CANDIDATE:



IND AS 117 -



o Preparation of IND AS Fit for consolidation financial statements


o Preparation of working files for IND AS FFC


o Audit of IND AS FFC by Big 4 CA firm


o Cross functional liasioning on requirements


o Atomation of IND AS workings


o Preparation of data for handling reporting requirements of IRDA on Ind AS.


o Ability to work with cross-functional teams especially actuarial and technology.

Quarterly/Annual Audits

-

Support in Statutory audits, Internal audits

SEBI Compliance:

Ensure compliance with SEBI LODR and debt compliance

Project Management -

Planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and within budget

System Enhancements -

Testing of system requirements, evaluate new requirements and providing CRs to IT, liase with IT for resolution of defects and delivery

DESIRED COMPETENCES/QUALIFICATIONS:



Chartered Accountant Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience post qualification Understanding of IND AS Good knowledge of IND AS, Accounting practices and standards, SEBI and IRDAI regulations This is a data intensive role and requires high level of MS Excel skills.
