Job Description


Part of FP&A team within the financial reporting & Accounting vertical and is responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the Divisional Planning & Legal Entity team for the multiple planning/forecasting cycles. This profile involves taking ownership of the budgeting and forecasting from a legal entity perspective. It includes collaboration and managing multiple stakeholders across different geographical locations.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

\xc2\xb7 Support legal entities\xe2\x80\x99 forecasting and planning process, with high-level guidance.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the Divisional Planning team for the multiple planning cycles.

\xc2\xb7 Support annual plan and forecasting cycles for IGR.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to extract, analyze and interpret large and complex data from multiple systems and tools and perform various reconciliation.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with other teams (Insurance/Re-Insurance Planning Teams) to validate and adjust the plan/ forecast numbers for internal reinsurance.

\xc2\xb7 Design/develop new reports/models as required.

\xc2\xb7 Manage production and maintenance of appropriate supporting documentation (in respect of the process, systems, and controls).

\xc2\xb7 Create and implement proper controls and quality checks in files.

\xc2\xb7 Able to communicate with the onshore team (both written and verbal) and manage expectations.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work on multiple priorities and tight timelines.

\xc2\xb7 Support on process automation and standardization of various reports/workings.

\xc2\xb7 Chartered Accountant post-qualification experience/ MBA with couple of years of experience in an organization of repute with Finance Planning & Analysis and Management reporting background.

\xc2\xb7 Functional skills backed with analytical skills and problem-solving skills.

\xc2\xb7 Outstanding proficiency in MS Excel & VBA.

\xc2\xb7 Good communication & interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal/external teams.
