Key Responsibilities

Utilize Oracle or similar ERP software for efficient accounting processes. Manage end-to-end accounting tasks, including but not limited to accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and financial reporting. Demonstrate proficiency in NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) accounting operations (preferred). Execute month-end and year-end closing activities, including provisions and reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of financial reports as required. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives to improve accounting processes and efficiency.

What are we looking for in you?

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 4-5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles. Strong proficiency in Oracle or similar accounting ERP software. Excellent understanding of accounting principles and practices. Knowledge of NBFC operations is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
