In pursuit of continuous improvement and to match our exponential growth, Finance has embarked on a digital transformation journey to build a scalable Finance function. To support this effort, we are looking for a leader who will be responsible to transform Finance processes via automation and standardization. This leader will be focussed on eliminating manual work and improving processes by identifying and implementing state-of-the-art technology to support Record to Report & Payroll Operations. They will also be expected to support other Finance processes as we progress through our transformation journey. Assess end-to-end Finance Record to Report and Hire to Pay processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities Prioritize identified opportunities and develop a plan for delivery Understand current state of our Record to Report and Payroll tech stack, including but not limited to ERP (NetSuite), FloQast, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Ceridian, RPA, and identify areas to integrate/ improve or technology and process landscape Work with cross-functional business and IT teams to gather requirements, drive design, test solution, build training and lead implementation of identified technology solutions Be responsible to drive consistency of Finance processes and systems across geographies develop and communicate global procedures, while maintaining required geographic exceptions Document and maintain process documentation Work with stakeholders and internal audit to implement controls during automation and/ or process changes Support agile implementation of finance process automation highlight risks/ issues and support mitigation/ resolution. Align, deliver, and report progress on key process KPIs Manage stakeholders to understand their requests, determine criticality, asses change impacts and drive implementation Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, eliminate unnecessary work and automate manual processes to solve operational issues and drive standardization where possible Track issues in the process and provide continuous training/ feedback to process teams and other stakeholders to drive adoption of new ways of operating Qualifications 5+ years of experience in leading and delivering technology enabled Finance transformations Strong knowledge of end-to-end Record to Report and Payroll processes including but not limited to journal entry rationalization, account reconciliations, chart of accounts rationalization, fixed assets tracking, payroll processing, close process improvement, reporting, etc. Accounting background and knowledge in SaaS business is preferred 5+ years of experience in successful implementation of tools and technology supporting Record to Report and Payroll processes, data, and architecture Continuous improvement mindset with an ability to work in a cross-functional, global, and fast-paced environment Agile program management skills and tools (Example - JIRA, Asana, ServiceNow, etc.) Knowledge of collaborative tools (LucidCharts, Confluence, Google workspace, etc.) and Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Additional Information #LI-GI Why Zscaler People who excel at Zscaler are smart, motivated and share our values.
