About the Role
Autocracy Machinery Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a
finance professional with 3-4 years of experience who can support financial operations and actively interact with bankers and investors
. The role involves preparing financial data, participating in investor discussions, and representing the company in a professional and confident manner.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Prepare MIS, cash flow statements, financial projections, and investor-ready reports.
Coordinate with banks for working capital limits, LC/BG, term loans, and related documentation.
Participate in meetings and calls with investors to explain financial performance, projections, and business updates.
Act as a point of contact for sharing financial information with investors under management guidance.
Support fundraising-related activities, due diligence, and data compilation.
Monitor fund utilization and working capital movements.
Ensure statutory compliance and internal financial controls.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making.
Eligibility & Experience
CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
3-4 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
Exposure to banking coordination and investor communication is preferred.
Manufacturing / engineering / machinery industry experience is an added advantage.
