Job Description

We are looking for a finance professional who can handle a blend of accounting operations, financial planning, reporting, and analytical responsibilities. The role supports day-to-day finance activities while also contributing to strategic decision-making, budgeting, and overall financial management.

Key Responsibilities



1. Financial Planning and Analysis



Support the development of financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct financial and variance analysis to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide insights to management to assist in planning and performance improvement.

2. Financial Reporting



Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Support month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

3. Budgeting and Cost Control



Assist in creating annual budgets and monthly forecasts. Track financial performance against budgets and recommend corrective actions. Monitor expenses, revenue, and key performance metrics to identify improvement areas.

4. Cash Flow & Treasury Support



Help track cash flow and working capital needs to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration



Work with different departments to gather, validate, and analyse financial data. Assist in developing and improving financial policies, processes, and internal controls.

6. Reporting & Presentations



Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and projections for senior management. Support special projects, audits, and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

7. Team & Process Support



Contribute to building an efficient finance function by supporting team processes, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives. (For managerial levels) Provide guidance to junior team members and help strengthen the department's capabilities.
Experience: 5 to 7 years

Shift timings: 9:30 am to 7:00 pm IST (1 hour Break)
