1. Payroll Accounting and book close activities2. Cost Analysis to gather information on variances / trends / outliers.3. MIS that provides insights to organization / leaders for decision making.4. Reconciliation of Asset / Liabilities and Statutory Payment Schedules5. Quarterly Audit Requirements and liaising with auditors for control testing and other requirements for smooth closure6. Group Gratuity and Group Superannuation Trust Administration and Accounts finalization.7. Communication with internal teams for data requirements / query resolutions.8. Assisting in various automation initiatives
