Responsibilities

Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams to ensure timely month-end closure of financial books. Identify, analyse, and research variances to forecasts, budgets, and prior-year expenses proactively. Create and deliver presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions for senior management. Collaborate with business unit heads to assist in building their annual budgets and forecasts. Analyse financial and operational results to enhance understanding of company performance and drive business improvements. Review operations and recommend cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.

Qualification:

CA is mandatory

Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of FP&A processes and methodologies. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Strong communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights effectively. Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders. * Proficiency in financial modelling and the use of BI tools.
