As a Assistant Manager - Finance at B. Braun Group you will play a vital role maintaining efficient production processes for the manufacturing of our high-quality medical products.

Your key responsibilities:

Handling Indirect Taxes viz GST and other related tax laws. Handling Direct Taxes viz Income Tax, Transfer Pricing. Ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax challans and returns for all the locations. Liaison between the internal and external stakeholders. Timely completion of Audits for all locations. Timely completion of Assessments for Direct (Income Tax and Transfer Pricing) and Indirect Taxes (VAT, CST, Service Tax and GST) of all locations. Preparation of Tax MIS and Tax Compliance Report on a monthly basis. Reconciliation of GST Liability and Payment on monthly basis. Periodic GRST-2A reconciliation under GST Act. Defining / driving internal processes for efficient tax compliance and identify control mechanism.
