We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager - Finance to join our team in Mysuru, India. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our financial operations, providing valuable insights, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making
Develop and implement short- and long-term financial goals, objectives, and operating procedures
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements
Conduct financial audits and recommend procedural improvements to enhance efficiency
Prepare financial analyses for contract negotiations and product investment decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and achieve organizational goals
