We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager - Finance to join our team in Mysuru, India. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our financial operations, providing valuable insights, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making Develop and implement short- and long-term financial goals, objectives, and operating procedures Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements Conduct financial audits and recommend procedural improvements to enhance efficiency Prepare financial analyses for contract negotiations and product investment decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and achieve organizational goals Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management Monitor and analyze financial trends, identifying areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement


Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in finance or a related field Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices Experience with financial auditing and compliance Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Experience in strategic planning and implementing financial procedures * Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
