Job Code : Position Asst Manager/Deputy Manager - Finance No. of Positions 1 Department Finance & Accounts Function Finance Reporting to Manager - Finance Band Band-5/4 Location Gurgaon Last date of submission 30-Sep-2023 Key Responsibilities: Manage projects Independently through meeting with stakeholders, Initiate teem meetings with great collaboration skills Understand the Buiness Requirement of finance function and share self technical and analytical inputs Creation of comprehensive Business requirement document based on requirement gathered with detail examples, scenarios, as is & to be, Dos & Don\'t etc Arrange walkthrough to IT and review the FSD shared by IT Lead and drive the projects independently and mange end to end from requirement gathering, solution design, Planning, UAT and implementation Ensure timely testing of systems/releases to ensure stability in after their rollout Defect Management Measure of Success: Demonstrate the organization values of caring, collaboration, customer Obsession and growth mindset A good level of mathematical ability Target orientation and ability to meet deadlines Process Orientation Ability to work with team and as Individual contributor Key Relationships (Internal /External) Coordinate with the other department and cross functions from the prospective of understanding the requirement and to make understand on your requirement Desired qualifications and experience: Graduate /Post Graduate in Commerce or IT with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in systems development & testing (Requirement gathering, solution design, Planning and implementation) Knowledge of managing, planning and deploying the system will be given preference Knowledge and skills required: Good written and verbal communication skill with the ability to translate complex analysis into well-structured and simple to understand presentation and recommendations. Demonstrate the organization values of caring, collaboration, customer Obsession and growth mindset Manage end to end projects independently Good analytical skills with ability to analyze, model and interpret dat a.
