Roles and Responsibilities :

- Assist in the development and execution of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

- Generate regular financial reports for management and stakeholders.

- Collaborate in the preparation, monitoring, and management of budgets.

- Provide recommendations for cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements.

- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for day-to-day operations.

- Forecast cash requirements and assist in optimizing cash management.

- Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits.

- Prepare audit schedules, respond to auditor inquiries, and implement audit recommendations.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.

- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting.

- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.

- Experience in leading and managing a finance team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial software applications.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
