Brief about the job: We are seeking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Finance who will play a vital role in the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures. You?ll be responsible for handling the TDS return filing and related compliance, project financial management, treasury functions on a day to day basis. Job responsibilities:
  • Managing the company's banking operations, processing bank accounts in coordinaton with the banker, and submitting bank-related documentation.
  • Handling of project financial management accounting, including checking of purchase orders, voucher bills, cash flow planning, payment of bills, and tracking of vendor payments.
  • Ensuring tax compliance. Handling the issuance of Form 16A and the quarterly TDS return filing.
  • Analysis and preparation of 15CA,15 CB for foreign vendor payments.
  • Keep accurate records for all daily transactions

Requirements and skills
:
  • M.Com / CA inter/ MBA Finance
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of work experience in Finance and accounts
  • Knowledge of Internal control and related compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Familiarity with accounting software packages like Tally ERP
  • Accounting experience with general ledger keeping.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
