Built on the back of robust ML technology and fueled by terabytes of data processed every day, Swiggy offers a fast, seamless and reliable delivery experience for millions of customers across India.From starting out as a hyperlocal food delivery service in 2014, to becoming India's leading on-demand convenience platform today, our capabilities result not only in lightning-fast delivery for customers, but also in a productive and fulfilling experience for our employees.:We are looking for an experienced candidates working in P2P, who can manage and handle online grocery supplying business with multiple sale points and to manage a team of 10 to 15 members to undertake all aspects of P2P transactions including reconciliation, accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.Responsibilities:xefx82xb7 The individual will be responsible for end to end financial reporting and closure of P2P related financial statement captions (Purchase, Payables etc.).xefx82xb7 Coordinating with business finance and central controllership team for closure of month end MIS reportingxefx82xb7 Publishing dashboards for review of Operations and Business team.xefx82xb7 Assist in various internal automation projectsxefx82xb7 Ensure closure of queries with proactive co- ordination with Stakeholders.xefx82xb7 Ensure proper vendor reconciliation on weekly and monthly basis.xefx82xb7 Prepare detailed and robust SOPs for the respective sub functions (accounting, reporting, reconciliation, payouts etc.)xefx82xb7 The individual should possess strong understanding in the areas of financial applications and accounting standards. He will be working with cross functional stakeholders for inputs and reporting requirements.xefx82xb7 Drive cross functional initiatives which require influencingxefx82xb7 Proactive in raising concerns and resolving them with an owner mindsetRequirements and skills:xefx82xb7 1+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experiencexefx82xb7 CA or CMA preferred. Article ship from B4 or Equivalent CA firms will be given preferencexefx82xb7 Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and proceduresxefx82xb7 Good communication skills to manage stakeholdersxefx82xb7 Excellent Skills in handling large volume of data using MS Excel & Other Applicationsxefx82xb7 Experience with creating financial statements in Schedule-III format.xefx82xb7 Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close processxefx82xb7 Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
