Assistant Manager (5-8 Years Experience)

Job Summary
We are hiring an Assistant Manager with 5-8 years of experience in end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and audit coordination. The role involves daily accounting operations, factory-related expenses, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Post daily AP, AR & GL entries in ERP.
Validate and record GRN and production entries.
Manage petty cash, factory expenses, and documentation.
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
Generate MIS reports and perform variance analysis.
Handle GST, TDS & statutory compliance.
Support and coordinate external audits.
Perform bank reconciliations and strengthen internal controls.
Identify process improvements for efficiency.
Coordinate with operations, procurement, HR & production teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in commerce/accounting/finance.
5-8 years of accounting experience (manufacturing/factory exposure).
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & Kerala compliance.
Experience in ERP accounting systems.
Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail.
