Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts

Job Description

Supervise and manage the daily accounting activities of the organization. Ensure timely recording of all financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards. Review and verify journal entries, vouchers, and reconciliations. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely collections and payments. Coordinate with banks for fund management, reconciliations, and other financial services. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, etc.). Support internal and external audit processes and ensure timely closure of audit points. Implement and maintain internal financial controls and process improvements. Guide and mentor accounting team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Prepare management reports and provide insights for decision-making.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
