Assist the Financial Controller with systems administration, account reconciliation, budget preparations, inventories, monthly closings and full P & L responsibility.

• Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the accounting program.

• Assist with analysing financialstatements on a monthly basis and report any variances to the concerned department heads.

• Assist in managing revenues received and dispersed including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, audit, General Ledger reporting.

• Cash handling functions for the hotel and reconcile all cash dropped at the front desk & restaurant.

Qualifications

• Relevant diploma
• 5 to 7 years of Hotel Industry exp\xc3\xa9rience
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strive for results (Success oriented, data finder, initiate / pro-active).
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to think strategically, inductively & creatively.
• Pleasant personality & grooming.
