Compensation & Growth:
Salary
: Starts with probation; increases to Rs 30,000/month after 2 months
Performance Bonus:
High performers can earn up to
?2,00,000/year
(for approx. ?20L in sales @10%). This is possible but not guaranteed.*

What we're looking for:
Prior experience in Edtech or school sales is not necessary - freshers with the right mindset are welcome
Strong interest in
sales and school engagement

Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn quickly in a high-growth environment.
Comfortable with daily outbound calls and school visits.
Requirements
Located in the cities we are looking at (No relocation expenses will be paid).
Good Internet / Data pack connection and power backup.
Android phone (for the EQ App) and a working Laptop.
Should have an own vehicle to commute to schools.
Languages:
Fluent English and a regional language
