Role Description

Lyra Beauty Pvt Ltd is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for our location in Kochi. This is a full-time on-site role that will require the successful applicant to provide support to the Branch Manager to meet and exceed customer service expectations. The Assistant Branch Manager will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the branch, managing staff, and providing a high standard of service to clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Minimum of 1-5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Sound knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,500.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
