As an Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage Service, you will lead the guest services team to create unforgettable hospitality experiences for our guests.

What you will be doing:
Assist in leading, mentoring and training the F&B Service operations team
Supervise and delegate duties; ensure brand standards are maintained
Liaise with all departments to ensure the highest standard of guest services.
Train the team to improve 360-degree hospitality for guests.
Be responsible for all f&b operations.
Your experience and skills include:
Service focused personality is essential and a passion for guest delight.
Willingness to work in remote locations.
Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
Handling guest requests/complaints and resolve it in the best manner.
Strong knowledge about food & beverage service.
Strong communication skills.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
