Summary
You will be responsible for calculating costs of food and beverage items and also responsible for the short- and long-term planning of the F&B controlling and pricing aspects.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Finance. Commerce or Hospitality/Tourism Management. Minimum 2 years' work experience as Accountant or Accounting Clerk in large operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are must.
