Job Description

Documentation and Compliance:

Preparing and reviewing export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. Coordinating with internal departments and external partners to obtain necessary documentation.

Sales and Market Development:

Assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans. Identifying and exploring new export markets and opportunities. Building and maintaining relationships with international clients and distributors. Participating in international trade fairs and events.

Logistics and Operations:

Coordinating with shipping and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods. Tracking shipments and resolving any issues that may arise. Managing the import and export process.

Financial and Administrative Support:

Assisting with the collection of payments from international clients. Maintaining accurate records of export transactions. Providing administrative support to the Export Manager.

Regulatory Compliance:

Keeping up-to-date with international trade regulations and compliance requirements. Liaising with relevant authorities and institutions, such as banks and customs.

Other Duties:

May be responsible for managing Key Accounts. May assist with new product development and launches in assigned markets. May be involved in pricing and negotiation of contracts.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of international trade laws and regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in relevant software and tools. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, international trade) is often required.
