Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Day to day liaison with Overseas Customers, proactively understand Customer`s
Needs and offer immediate solution to their Needs/ Situation
2. Managing Pre & Post Export Documentation
3. Handle Inbound Calls to address the customers queries regarding the Product
Portfolio
4. Follow up with the customers to expedite their Orders.
5. Coordinate with Plants/ Logistics for timely shipment to the Customer/
respective Country.
6. Ensuring Customer`s Delight and stay connected with Customer throughout Order
to Delivery Stage
7. Preparation sharing timely updates/ of MIS on Demand Generation/ Sales Orders
8. Hands on exposure on SAP is a must
