. This role offers hands-on ownership, leadership visibility, and the opportunity to shape how ERP supports large-scale manufacturing operations.

Your Role

Act as the

functional owner and SPOC

for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across manufacturing functions. Translate business needs into effective ERP solutions for production, inventory, procurement, and finance. Ensure smooth day-to-day ERP operations covering production orders, MRP, inventory movements, and subcontracting. Lead

business process mapping, standardization, and continuous improvement

across plants. Own master data governance (Items, BOMs, Routings, Vendors, Work Centers). Drive UAT, user training, SOPs, and functional documentation. Partner with IT teams and implementation partners to resolve issues and deliver enhancements. Support MIS, dashboards, audits, and compliance requirements (ISO / GMP, where applicable).

What We're Looking For

5-8 years of ERP functional experience in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on expertise in

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Functional)

. Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, procurement, and costing. Ability to work closely with business users and cross-functional teams. Structured thinker with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Commerce / Management. MBA / PG in Operations or Systems preferred.
