Assistant Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Enrolment (Contact Centre) We are looking to welcome an Assistant Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Enrolment to join a revolutionary pain-management venture that we have incubated in the pain-management category. The incumbent will be a key part of the Enrolment Team at Nivaan Care. The person will be responsible for delivering the result and defining & executing the right strategy for Nivaan\'s business activities while ensuring its fit with the company\xe2\x80\x99s broader vision and ambition. Furthermore, the incumbent will be responsible for month-of-month conversion growth. Requirements Here is a snapshot of the responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage the company\'s contact centre.
  • Reports & assist the Department heads/managers of the daily business operations.
  • Implementing workflow procedures based on directions from the company.
  • Schedule projects and ensure assignments are carried out as planned.
  • Draw up reports regarding operations in the company and share them to top management.
  • Carry out evaluation of the company\xe2\x80\x99s present operational goal and suggest ways of improving important areas.
  • Responsible to manage day-to-day operational tasks & sharing reports with management.
  • Manage Shrinkage, attrition & team issues.
  • KPI-driven, positive attitude towards the projection.
  • Responsible for achieving daily, weekly & monthly projected disbursal targets.
  • Adhere to all the organization\xe2\x80\x99s policies and excellent service standards.
  • Sound knowledge of Dialer, Data churn, RTM, CRM etc.
  • Responsible for getting a maximum conversion from incoming leads
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales pitches for different personas of patients.


Skills & Experience Sought for this Role:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience with 1 Year+ experience in team management (Preferred)
  • Exposure within sales organisation of a new age digital companies (Preferred, but not mandatory)
  • MBA (Preferred, but not mandatory)
  • Prior experience in healthcare is a big plus.

  • Having adaptability to manage evolving requirements and delivering scientific /healthcare programs (Training provided).


Reporting relationship:
  • Direct Reporting: Will be reposting to the Chief of Staff - Growth.
