Job Description
: Qualification - B. Tech / BE (Instrumentation) Experience - 5-8 Years in the manufacturing sector with functional knowledge of Instrumentation maintenance of equipment and utilities in process industries. Knowledge & Skills Knowledge of machines and equipment used in process industries . Ability to identify and quickly resolve equipment issues on shop floor . Knowledge of risks in case of equipment issues and risk mitigation actions . Manage electrical.& Mechanical breakdowns, repairs and maintenance activities in the shift and en sure minimal downtime . Responsible for conducting electrical, Mechanical & Automation checks as per the daily/ monthly/ annual checklist . Participate in improvement initiatives, safety initiatives and cost reduction projects Supervise a team of Technicians Best Suited for someone who Has experience in maintenance operation of high end electro mechanical procesess . Has got exposure of at least 5 years in Asset care management . Has familiarity with Lean concepts, Kaizen, TPM, Integrated Management System, OSHAS, 5S, 6 sigma etc. . Is well versed with different analytical tools like Pareto, Poka Yoke, Value Engineering .
