Responsible for planning and executing employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience, culture, morale, and retention across corporate, retail, and factory teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute employee engagement programs, events, and celebrations.
Drive recognition & rewards initiatives (monthly/quarterly/annual).
Conduct employee connects, feedback sessions, and engagement surveys.
Support retention initiatives and identify early attrition risks.
Coordinate engagement communication across locations.
Track engagement metrics and prepare periodic reports for leadership.
Partner with HR, operations, and business teams to strengthen culture.
Experience & Skills:
4-6 years of experience in Employee Engagement / HR roles.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with multi-location teams (factory/retail preferred).
Creative, people-centric, and execution-focused mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
