Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of electrical engineers and technicians to ensure efficient operations.
• Developing and implementing electrical maintenance strategies to optimize plant performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support plant projects and initiatives.
• Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participating in the development of capital projects and budget planning processes.
• Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of energy efficiency and sustainability programs.

Qualifications: Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Certification required:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
• Certification in Project Management is advantageous.
