Job Summary:

Responsible for managing all electrical maintenance operations of the dairy plant, ensuring minimal downtime, reliable utility performance, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems. Supervise HT/LT panels, motors, VFDs, PLCs, and control panels. Oversee electrical aspects of utilities (DG sets, HVAC, boilers, chillers). Ensure safety compliance with electrical regulations. Lead a team of electricians and train them on best practices. Maintain records and reports for maintenance and energy usage.

Required Skills:

Expertise in industrial electrical systems (FMCG/dairy preferred). Troubleshooting skills and knowledge of automation (PLC/SCADA). Team leadership and safety compliance knowledge.

Preferred Certifications:

Electrical Supervisor License (Haryana) Industrial/Electrical Safety Certification
