Reporting to Maintenance Manager-BTB,ensuring reliability of BTB equipment's through PM, PdM and breakdown maintenance activities through PO RE methodology:-

• Leader for Reliability Activities of BTB from Electrical function in shifts
• Individual shift management

Reliability:

• Implementation and follow up of Strategic Countermeasures
• Monitor and analysis for breakdown of Tire Building Machines
• Site improvement activities
• To support in develop the Contingency parts for sustenance
• Responsible to control spillage and Leakages during the maintenance.
• Carry out planned maintenance and predictive maintenance

Plant Optimization :

• To drive RE/WPO pillar under Plant Optimization in BTB

Safety :

• Safety - Near Miss Observation action compliance, must ensure no short cuts for safety
• Analyze safety incidents and provide corrective action plan
• Lead and drive the Hazard prevention and control initiative at plant level through the engagement of Maintenance teams in consultation with EHS team as per PEC MS standards
• To make sure safety and CTI compliance.

Quality & Productivity:

• Quality - Compliances activities as per GY plan
• Follow up and actions for waste and scrap reduction and improvement action
• Cycle time reduction activities of Tire Building and testing equipment's
