Job Summary:

The Electrical Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining all electrical systems and infrastructure supporting the company's internet services. This includes managing electrical installations at data centers, network hubs, tower sites, and office facilities, ensuring continuous and reliable power supply, compliance with safety standards, and energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Infrastructure Management:

Oversee the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems for ISP sites, including data centers, POPs, and transmission towers.

Power Systems & Backup:

Manage UPS, DG sets, solar systems, and power distribution networks to ensure uninterrupted operations and minimal downtime.

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance:

Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent system failures and promptly resolve electrical faults.
Monitor and analyze energy consumption, recommend improvements, and implement cost-saving measures.
Supervise third-party contractors and vendors for electrical projects and maintenance, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards.
Ensure compliance with statutory and industry electrical safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of electrical assets, maintenance logs, and energy consumption reports.
Lead and train electrical technicians and site engineers to ensure effective on-ground execution.

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory). 5-10 years of experience in electrical operations, preferably in the

ISP / Telecom / Data Center

sector. Strong knowledge of DG, UPS, LT/HT panels, earthing systems, and network site power layouts. Experience in handling multiple sites and remote team coordination.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per month
