Organization: TATA Starbucks Private Ltd. Department: Growth & Partnership Job Title: Asst. Manager - Ecommerce Band: Asst. Manager Reporting to: Head- Location: Mumbai Purpose of the role: Create and Manage Ecommerce & New Channels for Starbucks: Executing multiple projects to further the company\'s digital growth engines via ecommerce partnerships and new technology engagements to drive incremental revenue for the organization. Cross - functional role involving managing multiple stakeholders and external vendors. Summary of the Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: 1. Ecommerce Business Planning: a. Support in executing the marketing calendar for Ecommerce business basis AOP targets b. Monitor Joint Business Plans with Ecommerce Partners to achieve the AOP targets - topline, discount & marketing expenses. c. Evaluate & engage with new platforms.Support in new partner onboarding formalities including contract discussions. d. Catalog selection & uploading on ecommerce platforms e. Support supply chain operations - inventory planning, labelling, packaging inputs, stock in warding, Return Order Process f. Create Marketing plan - Social Media, Coordinate with platform on assets, Brand store changes. g. Executing & monitoring Ads on ecom platform Operations: h. SOP / Control new Processes across functions & build business for scale. i. Manage the Ecom Vendor portals- document exchange & uploads on vendor platform j. Coordinate with Finance coordination - Performa Invoice, HSN code, debit note & invoice related k. Manage SAP Process -- SD Module for invoice, warehouse Business Reporting : l. Weekly reports of vendors- sell through m. Monthly reports - business + AP. 2. Own Delivery & Whole Bean Subscription a. Own & create a roadmap for new channels like own delivery and whole bean subscription of Starbucks b. Build & optimize Customer journeys - App UI/UX changes, feedback to CC & store team c. Evaluate & managing partners esp tech, logistics partner, marketing agencies d. Lead discussions with store operations & vendors for smooth operations e. Project lead with various stakeholders like brand,finance & IT f. Coordinate with various team for Marketing & promotions like local store marketing, Loyalty & social media LSM, MSR g. Business analytics & regular reporting & feedback to AP . 3. Evaluate & manage new projects like Social Gifting Qualifications MBA - 6-8 Years of Experience. Preferred industry: ecommerce, new age tech marketing Worked on partnerships Experience in Revenue responsibility will be preferred Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong knowledge in excel alongside word and PowerPoint Strong execution skills Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines Collaborate across functions, be a strong team player Decent technology exposure
