Ability in understanding and pre-empting the information needs of the customers and requirements of customer facing teams to deliver a best-in-class service experience.
Ability to coordinate with stakeholders from various departments and designations to ensure proper project delivery.
Create detailed test scopes and test plan and ensure testing is done meticulously including post-production movement testing.
Ensuring detailed record management of each project implemented.
