Assistant Manager - Donor recruitment & Fundraising

Job Location: Mumbai


Language: English, Hindi & Marathi ( Mandatory)

Donor Recruitment (paid and unpaid donors)

Plan and execute targeted fundraising and donor recruitment campaigns and events across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum engagement and outreach. Provide regular progress reports to the Head of Department, detailing performance against fundraising and donor recruitment targets during weekly and monthly reviews. Proactively identify and cultivate new partnerships with key individuals, organizations, and networks to expand donor recruitment efforts. Develop and maintain an active pool of DATRI volunteers. Develop a sustainable and diverse fundraising portfolio by establishing multiple funding streams, including high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and community-based initiatives. Collaborate with organizations such as TiE, NASSCOM, and others to achieve the set targets.

Fund Raising

Design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with DATRI's organizational goals and mission. Plan and execute diverse fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives across online and offline platforms to maximize donor engagement and contributions. * Effectively manage the fundraising budget, ensuring all activities are cost-efficient and stay within allocated financial resources.
