Assistant Manager
based in
Delhi/NCR
. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities to expand our customer base.
Salary

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with large and mid-enterprise clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, etc.).
Conduct product demos, prepare customized proposals, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and customer experience.
Maintain a deep understanding of REVE Chat's product features and market trends to effectively position our solutions.
Overview timely renewals and subscriptions of existing clients and share timely reminder/invoices to them.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum
3 to 5 years of experience
in SaaS product, solution selling.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
Familiar with CRM tools.
