This role primarily responsible for the day-to-day Direct taxation matters for Cotecna Inspections India Pvt ltd.
Main Accountabilities

• Verifying 15CA & 15CB.
• Preparing TDS payment working file along with uploading TDS payment in bank & passing necessary entries in Navision ( 94C, 94J, 94H, 94I, 94Q & 195 )
• Preparing TDS return file - 26Q & 27Q
• Resolving TDS disputes like Interest on delay payment or penalty if any on Traces portal
• Advance Tax quarterly working
• Collating & Preparing data for Income Tax notices & assessments in support with DT consultants
• Tracking all past AY status for refund, Rectification etc.
• Preparing & Collating data for Statutory & Tax Audit related to Direct Tax
• Preparing & Collating data for Transfer Pricing
• Liaison with DT consultants for Tax advice and other matters
• Preparing & collating data for Income Tax return
• Coordinating with DT consultants for Application of TRC & LDC
• Preparing data and filing SFT & FLA Annual Returns
• Helping AR team in 26AS reconciliation

Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills

• Fresher CA with 1-2 years of total experience in the field of direct taxation
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce is essential
• Hands on knowledge and experience in of MNC or Indian Pvt limited company
