Job Description

Key Responsibilites

Manage and supervise a small digital sales team (1-2 members) and ensure performance delivery. Handle direct calls with patients or customers for service inquiries, consultations, and sales conversions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as defined by the management. Track and report team performance metrics, conversion ratios, and call quality. Train and guide team members to improve their communication and selling techniques. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for lead generation and follow-ups. Ensure that customer interactions are handled professionally, maintaining empathy and clarity. Maintain CRM records, follow-up trackers, and call logs accurately. Contribute ideas to improve digital sales processes and enhance patient engagement.

Eligibility Criteria:



Education:

Minimum graduate in any discipline (preferably in business administration, marketing, or healthcare management).

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in telesales, call center sales, or digital sales roles. Candidates from the healthcare segment will be given preference.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills. Basic team management and leadership abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tracking, or lead management software. Goal-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Fluent in English and Hindi (any additional regional language is a plus).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
