What You'll Be Doing
Plan, execute, and optimize
lead generation campaigns
across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email.
Build
high-converting digital funnels
for products, properties, and retail services -- from awareness to closure.
Manage SEO/SEM strategy to rank for competitive, intent-driven keywords.
Conceptualize engaging content for websites, landing pages, listings, and social media.
Continuously analyze campaign performance (CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead quality) and refine strategies.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure
lead quality
, timely follow-ups, and alignment with field activities.
Conduct market & competitor analysis to uncover new digital opportunities.
Oversee website UX, landing page optimization, and acquisition journeys.
Lead the digital marketing team -- upskilling, mentoring, and motivating.
Manage digital budgets with efficiency and commercial judgement.
What We Expect You To Bring
Strong expertise in:
Lead generation & nurturing funnels
SEO & PPC strategy
Meta & LinkedIn ads
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console
Email & marketing automation
Experience managing marketing budgets and multi-channel campaigns.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Knowledge of basic web technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
A growth mindset, creative thinking, and excellent leadership skills.
