Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing (SEO Specialist)
Responsibilities/ KRA
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing and SEO strategies for company websites (and select client projects), focused on ranking growth for targeted keywords and lead generation.
Own end-to-end SEO strategy.
Keyword research, clustering, and mapping to pages.
On-page optimization (titles, meta tags, schema, internal linking, content briefs).
Technical SEO coordination with developers (site speed, indexation, crawl issues, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals).
Maintain and continuously improve on-page SEO across existing and new pages to ensure steady improvement in keyword rankings and organic traffic.
Plan and execute off-page SEO: backlink strategy, outreach coordination, listings/citations, and monitoring backlink quality and toxicity.
Set up and track key SEO metrics (rank tracking, traffic, conversions, goal completions, assisted conversions) and prepare periodic performance reports for management.

Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO/analytics tools for monitoring and optimization.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, tech, sales) to ensure landing pages, blogs, and campaigns are aligned with SEO and lead-generation objectives.
Conduct ongoing research on market trends, competitor strategies, SERP features, and new opportunities to refine SEO and digital marketing strategy.
Create and manage performance-oriented social media campaigns (primarily LinkedIn and other relevant platforms) to support brand awareness and traffic objectives.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (where required): list segmentation, campaign setup, basic automation flows, and performance analysis.
Help manage and allocate digital marketing budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and maximum ROI on campaigns.
Any other tasks assigned by the management related to digital growth and brand visibility.

Salary Range -
Rs. 45000 - 50000/Month
Qualification
-Minimum Graduation (Any stream) with excellent English Communication skills.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing. (Candidates from an accounting / financial services background and/or having experience in a US working environment will be preferred).
Technical skills:
Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
Proficiency with website analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz or similar tools.
Basic familiarity with site audit tools (e.g., Screaming Frog or similar).
Working knowledge of WordPress (or similar CMS) for basic on-page changes and content publishing.
Basic design and creative experience using tools like Canva.
Experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) from a performance/branding angle.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Zoho Campaigns) and basic database/list management.
