Job Summary



We are looking for an experienced

Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

with a strong background in the

real estate industry

. The ideal candidate understands property marketing trends, lead-generation strategies, customer journeys in real estate, and how to attract qualified buyers, renters, and investors through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in planning, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns for property launches, lead-generation initiatives, and branding. Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and real estate platforms to drive high-quality leads. Coordinate SEO strategies for property pages, blogs, and community-focused content to improve organic visibility. Oversee social media content calendars, create engaging property-centric posts, and track performance across platforms. Support the development of landing pages, virtual tours, email marketing campaigns, and property microsites. Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and ad platforms; provide actionable insights to improve lead quality and conversion. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing-generated leads are properly tracked, nurtured, and optimized. Coordinate with creative teams for photos, videos, brochures, and promotional assets for property campaigns. Stay updated on real estate digital marketing trends, competitive campaigns, and local market behavior.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

3-4 years of digital marketing experience in the real estate sector

(developer, brokerage, property management, or real estate agency). Strong understanding of real estate lead funnels, target audiences, and campaign metrics (CPL, CTR, conversion rates). Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and email marketing tools. Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or real estate CRMs. Strong communication, project-management, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills



Experience creating real estate content (videos, reels, property teasers). Familiarity with CMS tools like WordPress or property listing platforms. Basic understanding of retargeting, automation, and lead nurturing workflows. Ability to work closely with sales and onsite teams.
