Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing with 2-3 years of hands-
on experience to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple
channels. The ideal candidate is data-savvy, creative, and up to date with the latest digital
trends, tools, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social
media, email marketing, and display advertising
Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads
and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Develop and implement content strategies for websites, blogs, and social media
platforms
Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly performance
reports
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand
messaging
Track and analyze user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, Google
Search Console, and related platforms
Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve ROI, traffic, and engagement
Manage marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns and
initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag
Manager
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
