Digital Marketing (Ast-Manager)

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end digital marketing activities, ensuring alignment with overall business and marketing objectives

Manage website design and maintenance, ensuring the website is up to date, user friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for lead generation and conversions. Handle social media management across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others by creating strategies, managing content, engaging with audiences, responding to queries/comments, and analysing performance metrics. Develop and execute a digital advertising strategy, including paid campaigns across Google, social media, and other platforms. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to identify new marketing opportunities. Coordinate with external digital marketing agencies to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking. Manage and monitor digital marketing budgets, allocating spends across channels effectively based on campaign performance, ROI, and business priorities. Collaborate closely with sales, design, and other internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals and brand guidelines. Handle offline marketing and printing materials (brochures, banners, hoardings, f lyers, etc.) for outdoor and on-ground promotions. Manage marketing-related bills, including digital and offline expenses, and coordinate with the accounts team for timely submission and payments. Coordinate with marketing vendors for walkthrough videos, project videos, photography, and other promotional activities, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Track, analyse, and report campaign performance regularly, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications



4-8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate, construction, or project-based industries Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, and analytics Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing tools Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM platforms Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills

Pay: ?45,312.23 - ?50,000.00 per month
